As architects we are intrinsically linked to Country and build on land that was stolen from First Nations people.

Over the last six months we have embraced the first steps towards progress and commenced the REFLECT stage of our Reconciliation process, developing our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). We have spent time listening and understanding to lay the foundations for our future RAPs and reconciliation initiatives.

Taking these first steps aims to provide a meaningful contribution towards Australia’s reconciliation journey and we look forward to sharing this journey with our colleagues across other architectural practices making the same commitment. In the spirit of Makarrata: 'the coming together in peace after a dispute'.
