Western BACE is a progressive community business hub delivered for the City of Melton, supporting start-ups and small enterprises in Melbourne’s west through education, mentoring and incubator programs. At the time of delivery, the building set a new benchmark in sustainable design, using modular construction to embed adaptability, resource efficiency and environmental performance into its fabric.

Located near Cobblebank Station, the project was conceived as a place of belonging, innovation and economic opportunity. It continues to host business incubator residencies, STEM programs for young people, and flexible venues that support high-quality networking, collaboration and entrepreneurship while creating a welcoming, accessible place with genuine community purpose.
