The 12-storey office tower, located on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, was designed with a focus on the human experience, connection and sustainability. Openable windows, planter boxes and cross ventilation on every floor define the ease and comfort of the building. The innovative sprit of the co-working spaces on Level 1 & 2 extends to all office floors above. Hospitality venues are featured on the shared rooftop with city views as well as on ground floor, allowing for active spaces connecting to the adjoining streetscape.

The design addresses the site’s 4 boundaries and its different urban conditions. It promotes environmentally sustainable development initiatives, such as location of bike facilities and a 92kW solar panel array – expected to be the largest high-efficiency solar array in Australia.

Located at a gateway intersection from the CBD to Collingwood, this new commercial office makes a bold statement.
