AIA Victorian Architecture Awards, Commercial Architecture, Winner, 2016

A bold, 4-storey commercial office building defined by a protective concrete frame and soft arches within, this award-winning project is flooded with natural light via its internal atrium and top floor courtyard. Considerate of the highly urban, industrial context including the Swan Street rail bridge, it allows for a serene and inward-looking internal environment. A successful solution to a complex site and planning process.

Built on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation.

Commercially astute, flexible and future-proof. Natural light, soft interiors and a roof courtyard with outdoor fireplace transcend the work place into a calming space for well-being and connection.
