Brae Restaurant and Accommodation was conceived and designed to provide a luxury, sustainable, rural, hospitality experience located on the traditional lands of the Gulidjan People. Set amid 30 acres of productive farmland, and one of the world’s top 50 restaurants, Brae showcases locally grown produce, expressing an intimate connection with the land that delights local and global visitors. The 7+ stars NaTHERS, zero net energy use accommodation building references the archetypal utilitarian rural shed while providing a handcrafted, bespoke luxury for guests.

Simple robust materials and intricate detailing remind you that human hands made and shaped these buildings.
