Brae Restaurant & Accommodation
Renewing an iconic venue that has been welcoming locals and visitors for decades
Hotel Sorrento
Hotel Sorrento has been an essential part of the Mornington Peninsula for 150 years and family-run for the past 40. A major redevelopment by Six Degrees, has placed this heritage-listed hotel on the map as a modern luxury destination.
The transformation into a 50-key boutique hotel embraces views across Port Phillip Bay, added new wellness facilities, a day spa, a 25m lap pool, a private sun deck, underground car park, conference facilities, a new restaurant entry and a re-imagined front bar and new roof bar.
The design uses soft, light tones and materials to create a calming and relaxing environment, in line with the character of the historical building, connecting guests to the serene surrounding landscape.
