One Smith Street

Yarraville Green is an exemplar of sustainable, community-focused living, combining traditional street design with a spacious communal garden.
Yarraville Green
Yarraville Green is a thoughtfully designed medium-density development that prioritises lush, landscaped communal spaces over cars, creating a peaceful retreat in the established neighbourhood of Yarraville. The project features a diverse mix of apartments and townhomes arranged around a central garden, fostering a genuine sense of community.
By placing vehicles underground, we free up space for re-vegetation, pedestrian access, and the preservation of significant street trees. The design embraces sustainability with crossflow ventilation, solar panels, and rainwater reuse, while family-friendly ground-floor dwellings open directly to communal areas, encouraging interaction among residents. The residences celebrate Melbourne’s artisanal culture, showcasing traditional craftsmanship with bespoke features like colourful leadlights, hand-blown glass pendant lighting, and hand-turned timber door pulls.
