Brae Restaurant & Accomodation

An iconic venue has been welcoming locals and visitors for decades
Hotel Sorrento
Hotel Sorrento has been an essential part of the Mornington Peninsula for 150 years and family-run for the past 40. A major redevelopment by Six Degrees, has placed this heritage-listed hotel on the map as a modern luxury destination.
Stage 1 and 2 of the ongoing redevelopment are now completed. These include a transformation into a 50-key boutique hotel embracing the views across Port Phillip Bay, new wellness facilities, a day spa, a 25m lap pool, a private sun deck, underground car park, a new restaurant entry and the re-imagined front bar, Salt and new roof bar.
The design uses soft, light tones and materials to create a calming and relaxing environment, in line with the character of the historical building, connecting guests to the serene surrounding landscape.
Stay tuned for the next stage, which will introduce more amenities, including conference facilities.
