On the banks of Merri Creek, this residential precinct is bordered by bushland, and a short stroll from Westgarth Village. Conceptualised as a permeable, pedestrian friendly development, the design enables access to the creek for both the residents and the surrounding local community. The homes have been designed to encourage residents to connect with nature while being part of a lively inner-city community.

Comprising 99 social housing dwellings alongside 151 private homes with privacy mediated by extensive landscaping, the precinct offers a pedestrianised ground plane that encourages community integration and fosters connections between locals and residents of the new Merri Creek neighbourhood.
