Our Preston residential development provides 39 spacious, environmentally sustainable affordable homes, while maintaining crucial public parking spaces. Prioritising community benefits, the collaboration focuses on delivering essential low-cost housing with a keen eye on maintenance and life cycle costs.
Emphasising the significance of natural light and green spaces, the project includes generous balconies and the preservation of significant trees within a charming pocket park.
The project was developed by Housing Choices Australia in partnership with Homes Victoria under the Victorian Government’s $5.3 billion Big Housing Build, and in association with the City of Darebin and the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation.
