Submissions/Bid Coordinator


Six Degrees is seeking a Submissions/Bid Coordinator

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in the Architecture industry and enthusiasm for coordinating submissions and working with graphics and text. You will be able to understand, decipher and dissect tender submissions to effectively produce, co-ordinate, and drive forward company bids. This is a key role in the company, working with Directors to input, craft the message and keep on track all new project tenders and bids.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven record of submission coordination and text review

  • Advanced InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills

  • A proven portfolio of experience in the graphic design field

  • Familiarity with running CRM systems (Zoho preferred but not required)

  • Understanding of the architecture process and design concept

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate the management and production of bids, submissions, key presentations and marketing materials.

  • Keep Directors and Associates on track in business development

  • Assist with preparing materials and entries for awards.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

  • Create content and manage social media platforms

  • Liaise directly with printers and publishers for the timely delivery of products.

  • Maintain client database and assist with developing and capturing opportunities

  • Maintain studio project information profiles
