The north facing front townhouses, will enjoy semi-open terraces leading from living areas. Each one wrapped by pergolas and low fences, the blurred boundaries between the public/private spaces strengthen the connection between residents and neighbours passing by. This development is aimed at families with young children or couples.
Floorplans consist of open-plan kitchen and living areas at ground level, with two to three bedrooms on the first floor, encouraging flexible use as a study or childrens play area in the extra room. Each townhouse has an individual terraced areas, as well as access to the communal garden, which is designed to act like a shared backyard with vegetables gardens and shared seating.
